When putting on your Malu® Swimwear girdle, be careful not to wear accessories such as watches or jewelry that could damage the garment. Make sure the hooks are securely fastened to prevent damage.

Avoid using your Malu® Swim Girdle® if you are pregnant.

Yes, we recommend storing your Malu® Swimming Girdle® in the freezer, always inside the bag, after washing and drying your garment so that it regains its elasticity.

• Washing: Hand wash with mild soap.

• Whiteners: Do not use chlorine or bleach when washing; mild soap is sufficient.

• Drying: Dry on a flat surface in the shade.

• Handling: Do not twist or squeeze.

• Ironing: Do not iron.

Note on usage: This garment is designed for use in chlorinated pools. The instruction “do not use bleach” refers strictly to the domestic washing process; for hygiene purposes, a mild soap is sufficient to keep the fibers in optimal condition.

• Lower the zipper and open all the clasps on your Swimming Girdle®.
• Insert each leg into your Swimming Girdle® and begin to pull it up.
• Place the straps on your shoulders and begin to adjust them to your comfort.
• Fasten the hooks on your girdle starting from the bottom and working your way up.
• Zip up the zipper and fasten the bra clasp.
• Now enjoy your shapely silhouette with your Malu® Swimwear Girdle.

If your measurements are within the size chart, don't worry. You just need to stretch the power net well, not the Lycra! Think of stretching it like inflating a balloon, pull the power net as far as possible so that it loosens up. Then, lie on your back to close the girdle. It may be a little difficult to close it the first time, so if someone can help you, that would be great. Once it's closed for the first time, it will mold to your body. Don't worry if you think it will be uncomfortable or too tight, it won't be! On the contrary, you'll be surprised at how comfortable and beautiful you'll feel in your Malu swimsuit. It's really worth having someone help you close it the first time, but trust me, lying on your back makes all the difference!
